Our Services

LC Design Co. Is a full service design firm in Sudbury, Ontario. Every project we take on we treat as if it would be our own home or business space.

We promise to take away the stress of renovations and leave you feeling excited about the process. Our attention to detail is what separates us in the industry and we guarantee you will be in love with your space for years to come.


Full Service Design

Step One

Every full service design project starts with us sending a questionnaire. With this, we ask the potential client to fill out as much of the questionnaire as possible and to attach and send any inspiration photos they have collected for their project.

Step Two

Once we have had time to look over the questionnaire and get a feel for the client's needs and style, we will schedule a discovery call or a in-person consultation to go over the project more in depth and to ensure we are a right fit. From this consultation, our team will put together an estimate for your project. Once the estimate is accepted and signed off by the client, a 15% deposit is taken to secure your spot in our queue. 

Step Three

Depending on the size of the project, we like to start our clients off with a theme board to set the direction of the design for the entire project. This theme board will then set the tone for every room we are taking on to ensure a cohesive look. Since this step is before the project starts, we also discuss time lines, trade booking, and budget in greater detail. 

Step Four

Full interior design is completed in this step. Each room will have its own design package with everything your builder or contractor needs to execute the vision. The client will have the opportunity to address any revisions before sending off to your builder or contractor. We strive to ensure the client is fully happy with the design an 

Step Five

Once the interior design is finalized we get planning on the interior furniture and decor selection. We present these selections in their own design package with concept boards, furniture placement maps, and itemized price sheets. In most cases, we take care of purchasing these products and will take care of warehousing (if necessary) as well as white glove delivery. 

Step Six 

Install day! Once construction is complete we come in to set up the client's furniture and decor. This is the fun part! Our client gets to walk in to a fully finished, magazine ready space. 

Designer for a Day (price: $500-$1500)

Our  Designer for a Day, one-time consultation consists of an onsite visit or online FaceTime for up to one hour in duration. During this time we will answer any questions you may have about your project. This service is best for those who want to take on their renovation themselves and need some help committing to a design direction, or to select small details to pull your vision together. After our meeting we will send the client links to any products we suggested during the meeting. 

If 2D furniture maps or partial concept boards are needed, these will be billed at $300 each. 

The Designer for a Day service does NOT include millwork drawings, electrical maps, or full concept boards. For this level of service you will want to be a full time client! 

Paint Consultation

: $300 for 1-3 colours, 4+ colours, $400)


Paint consultations are done on site with our swatch binder. The client will be left with a detailed list of colour selections, the selected sheen, and their specific placement in the home. Paint consultations can be done for both interior and exterior applications.
